FS2004 DeHavilland Fox Moth G-ABVI Update.

A texture update for Peter Watkins' G-ABVI repaint for Dave Molyneaux's de Havilland DH83 Fox Moth (DE_HAVILLAND_FOX_MOTH_G-ABVI.ZIP). The 'TYRE_STILL' texture in the original release was in DXT5 format, which FS2004 does not recognize. This update corrects the format to DXT3 which will enable the repaint to show properly.
